Over the last 3 years I cant remember a month where I havent had at least one time in the month where I have been doubled over in pain and complete agony, in truth its many more times than once. In summer it was diagnosed as PCOS and at the start of October I was started on new treatment for it. The first set of tablets didnt seem to work, and no af arrived. I was still in a lot of pain and discomfort. Then I started the second set of tablets. My pain had been coming regular every 8-9 days and lasted 3-5 days. Well I havent had any pain for the last 2 'due pain' dates. I am always worst last week of the month. Everyone who knows me knows to stay well clear unless they have painkillers of hot water bottle refills lol I realised yeaterday that it was the 28th month and I couldnt actually remember that last time I had pain, probably earlier in the month but I dont remember when.

Im taking this as a good sign, my consultant did say his main goal was to stop my pain then work on everything else. There is no sign or feeling of an af about to show, but one step at a time I guess. My body hasnt had a proper af for a long time so it'll all be getting itself back to normal. These pills may just have mixed my pain cycle up, but its certainly lessened it for this month so Im happy. Maybe there is light at the end of this very painful tunnel. Oh and Ive managed to loose a little bit of weight. Not a great deal but its better than nothing and hopefully will start to come off more. Ive decided Im not going to rush fto see any results from any of my pills until after Christmas (gives the pills almost 3 months), so anything I see before that is all bonus.
