Bless him Fred has been at it again!  It doesn't matter what I say he ignores it, and today was no different, Winston started to climb onto the comfy chair, and Fred didn't want him to get on it (he thinks it's his!), and decided to climb over Winston and stood on his arm with his full body weight.  I smacked him, just hard enough for him to know it was wrong (I have been telling him no for days or grabbing Winston fast), but still he hadn't learnt.  Well this afternoon Winston was about to do the climb on the chair thing, and Fred ran up, I shouted 'GENTLE', then toned it down, he carefully climbed to the side of Winston, without standing on him, and without hurting him.  To say Winston was stunned is an understatement, he just stopped dead in his tracks and looked at Fred, while I jumped up to give him a huge big cuddle and kiss for looking after Winston and being gentle with him.  He has played nicely for the rest of the afternoon, I'm not sure how long it will last like this for, but Winston has made the most and enjoyed playing 'with' Fred today!

Awww hun i think in all honesty i would have done the same.....

I hope it's given him food for though and that he'll now be more careful in the future.
