I had to have one of my booking in blood tests re done today and to say I have crap veins is an understatement. After 4 attempts, the mw wanted to give up and call me back on monday, but I have an interview so its not very practical. She tried once more and got the slowest trickle of blood ever... well it took her 4 mins to get 7ml of blood. She needed 10ml, but that just wasn't going to happen. Anyway, it hurt like hell, and it still hurts like hell - and check this out! This is only 12 hours old, can't wait to see what it looks like in the morning!

I can't see it either, hope its not that painful.
My friend had blood taken and they didn't push down hard enough afterwards and when he took is coat off at home his arm looked like he had tennis ball stuck under the skin, he had to back straight away and have it leaned on really hard to dispurse the blood and stop the bleeding.

I've had to remove the image because is was just to horrendous.
Seriously I had to remove the image in the post because of a fluke (problem with my thumbnail code) that was causing an issue on the server, which I am working on now, some of you might have noticed Madmums draw to a complete halt, that was the reason, it's not Dizies fault.

OWWWWW!
I say that because I understand 100%! I had to have blood tests at 8 weeks and I was sat there for about 4 hours waiting for someone who could take blood from my veins. In the end a senior doctor came in and had a go. It was so painful and I am not joking, there was a patch about 9 by 5 inches bruised up my arm!
