Hey everyone i am at hospital tomorrow at 4.30pm. This is my follow up to my scan i had a few weeks ago. Hopefully i will get a date for my op on my hip or at least when they are thinking about doing it. I'm hoping they won't wait long before getting me in as i want it doing this time of year as its easier for my mum to help me. She can get time off work this time of year as its not that busy. I have no idea how long i will be off my feet but i hope its not long.

So wish me luck and i should find more details out. xxxxxx

Awww hun good luck, it would be idea if they could do it asap but even better if you could be home for christmas with your girls too....

Dont forget to write a list of questions you want to ask,

ie how long will op take, recovery, visiting?, phone calls inwards bound to ward etc.....

Well as far as i know its only minor surgery and i can be out on the same day so long as it goes ok. I'm having a small rod put in my bum bone which is part of my pelvis. When i had my other op i was in for nearly 2 weeks which should have been only 1. But that was due to my blood level. I know i will be on crutches but not sure for how long as the bone will need to heal. The bone they are putting it in didn't heal itself last time and it moves around which causes my nerve you know which one can never spell it lol to cause me pain or it rubs my groin. So hopefully this will be the last for many years.
