Well ladies we are now 7 weeks in and ive gone from

16st 10lb to 15st 4lb

and from a

size 22/24 (depending on style and shop) to a 20 (which is also now getting baggy)

thank god for low gi i say

well done becky, im going on a diet after xmas and im deffo thinking along the lines of the low gi.
