Hi all

It's only me again! Well i was beginning to feel a bit better on the increased meds (see previous me moaning again for details) to go upstairs and put the presents that arrived by home delivery this afternoon when on the way down stairs my  hips ceased and clicked so loudly that kieran came running asking what that noise was, i told him and his bro to go back in the living room and shut the door  (they were out of sight so they couldn't see the presents) only to find when i finally mustered up the strength to move and head downwards again i lost my footing whilst holding myself and went sliding down the stairs and hit the bottom stair gate (which was shut) with such a force that it's no longer screwed on the wall! It's now stood propped up on the side of the hallway and i'm feeling very sore and sorry for myself and doped upto the eyeballs now!

Argh...... bring on my safe, nice bungalow!!

Thank you ladies for your nice warm replies, i don't half feel like a plonker...

Well i suprisingly managed to sleep last night.....

Dp was great and went to lo when he stired last night (settles quicker for dad and doesn't require anything from him apart from a cuddle to know he's there).

I dosed myself up on my increaseded meds 60mg di-ydracodeine and took my ora-morph as well as the di-hydracodeine as on it's own it still left me in quite a bit off pain well after 30mins of waiting for it to kick in it did, i took a while to get comfy knowing if i got it wrong i'd be worse in the morning and i slept from 1 till 5 so yay..... i've hopefully found the mix for me..... it's just a big old cocktail and if madz's doc says she's got the constitution of a rhino i'd hate to imagine what i am!!

I've woken this morning and i am feeling very sore and clicky but am looking forward to taking my tablets now as i know they should do something half decent towards giving me a proportion of pain relief!
