It's been a long week. Last night Cameron slept through without having an asthma attack - I am so relieved. He is on antibiotics at the moment for suspected whooping cough - which has been a nightmare combined with his asthma. On Tuesday night he had a coughing fit every 5 to 10 minutes the whole night. We are shattered today - think this week has finally caught up with us. I was still up and down all night, checking on Cameron (who slept really peacefully, and hardly moved an inch - apart from moving himself through into Ruthie's bed at some stage, to cuddle up!).

It's a shame, because he has missed his school Christmas play - though he has two Christmas parties on Monday and Tuesday, so I keep reminding him about those as an incentive to taking his yucky medicine! lol

xxx

Bribery works wonders!

Been another long night for me.  All wound up and stressing with this house, but thats to long to post lol.

Isla however...little madam..second night running shes been up every 20 minutes through the night.  She was a beast all day yesterday...7 hours of tempers..how glad was I when i dropped her off at nursery!!  Thought she wouldve been worn out and sleep through...but no....i miss daddy..i miss nanny law..im scared of the dark..i want a drink...im not tired..i want a wee...i want to wake tasja...all bloooomin night!  So when joe got in at 6 id had an hours dozing..cos my hot flushes kicked in which sucked!  So isla gets up again and kicks off...and i got cross and shouted at her back to bed...he then has a go at me...so the day is off to a flying start.

At least its friday, his last shift was last night....so hes only going to be allowed to sleep til 12 then hes getting up..but he doesnt know it yet!  Ive got shedloads to do this weekend..and not enough hours in the day to do it all...but at least ill be able to hoover soon woohoo

Awww bless him, at least with any luck he'll make it to the parties! I always used to worry about mine when they were poorly. Knowing it's nothing serious with mine, at least I have learnt to enjoy the quiet when mine get poorly now. Although when they get coughs I'm usually up and down like a yoyo. Make sure you get a chance to catch up on your sleep soon, that way you won't end up being ill over Christmas!

Awww poor Cameron, xxx. Hope he is all better for his parties.

I am so relieved it's Friday as my hubby will be home ! The kids had me in tears yesterday with their naughty behaviour so can't wait for the reinforcements to arrive, lol.
