I'm in such a strange mood today. Part of me is dreading the next round of prolotherapy injections today as I know how much it will hurt, and how sore I will be for the next few days. However the much bigger part of me is so relieved today is here so I can look forward to being pain free by this time next week.

I have done all I can to make sure I can relax over the next few days. DH has assured me he will look after eds, cook dinner etc so I dont have to get up.

I have to be at the hospital at 1 and I hope I dont have to wait too long as thats the worst bit!

am sure youll be fine...yes itll hurt...yes itll hurt for a while after...but then it gets better...

Thats the way I look at it where needles and treatments are concerned chica.  Just grit your teeth, dare you NOT to swear!  And see how many types of colours and designs for granny pants you can come up with...thats what i always did for my needle things.

oooooof great big huuuuge purple with yellow spots and blue stripes and flowery type granny pants...by the time youve finished making it up...its done...try it youll see what i mean
