I am not actively 'dieting' - rather watching what I eat and not snacking. I was 9st 8 and thats heavy for me. My aim is 8st 6 as that is what I always used to settle and feel comfy at. Any less and I look ill and my mum shouts at me!

Well I put on a top T gave me for christmas yesterday and at christmas it was a little tight. I looked in the mirror and there was spare material around my middle and i looked slim so I hopped on scales and I was 9st 2.

I feel better already - although now my boobs have grown for some reason and my 34c bras are too tight - not sure why that is!

Muscle weighs more than fat so it's probably that you are toning yourself up, Jain.

Thanks Hannah, Im still not eating properly and as you probably know, Ive had quite a week!!  I also am not sticking to it ridgedly, so I might not lose much from now on, but I am sticking to the basic principals.

I weighed myself here, and I am upset to find I have maintained! I know its good that I havent gained, but I have eated really well and Im doing exercise. I havent lost inches either although I do feel fitter. Im just going to keep going until I see my consultant and talk it over with him. I know within myself that there's little more I can do, without extreme dieting. I refuse to to do any form of extreme dieting, my aim is a lifestyle change, there's little point me doing the slim fast of cereal diet only to return to meals a month later and put it back on. I hope that I loose some soon, I need to loose weight its getting me really down :o(

Well done to everyone who has lost weight, and everyone trying!!

I will get into this, its hard, i don't know what to do! I am in danger if i stay this size, my bp worries my gp and the meds he wants to prescribe for my bp increase my weight so it would be a downward spiral!

I just don't know which diet would suit me best, i don't like most fruit, the texture makes me heave i only eat grapes and apples. I eat veg, but i don't know how to make variation meals etc (ashamed to admit to it! School taught me how to cook from jars argh) i can do a roast, but thats it! And i cant eat in the mornings, i cant even force food down in the mornings.

Someone kick my butt please!
