Hello - bug losing weight is not an easy task in anyones book! If you feel you might be depressed go and see your doctor asap because trying to diet whilst feelin like this will be near enough impossible! As for the diet itself when u go shopping trynot to buy the junk in - i stopped as none of us needed it so now i jsut get a few little treats in for emily and although mark doesnt need to lose weight he has cut down and now eats a much healthier diet - so get your whole family involved it will be better for you all and will really help!! How much weight do u want to lose? its all about taking each day at a time and not worrying about how much you still need to lose but to think about how much you have lost each week and it sure does make you feel good!!! goodluck and we are all here for the support side of things but the "healthier lifestyle" is down to you to change - goodluck xx

LOL Jain!! my hairs quite short these days so don't think it would do me any favours although i always weigh myself  with no shoes, light clothes etc LOL :D

I'VE PUT WEIGHT ON!!!! ITS NOT FAIR!!!!!!!

I weighed last weekend and was horrified to see that I had put 6lbs on. So I havent eaten any thing this week that I shouldnt. So will weigh againtmrw to see if its made a difference. Still doing pilates and walking, but obviously not walking fast enough!!!

Feeling a bit down about it all as holidays are looming and I still dont want to get swim suits out.

Jain.
