Awww hunni, no-one will think you are too posh to push at all. I can totally understand you being afraid of the unknown. In fact, I have told hubs if/when we have another, I may elect to go for a section as I am scared of going through it all again. I don't mind the labour part, it's the pushing that frightens me.
Anyway, good luck with the next few weeks and am so looking forward to seeing piccies of your new one, xxx.

No-one would think you were a coward! Glad you've got your date now - not long to wait! Very best of luck for the 28th. Rest as much as possible while you've got the chance!
Looking forward to seeing the photos of the wee one. (Do you know the sex?)

Wow...where has the time gone? I was terrified of having to have a section as to me it was the unknown so I can completely understand why you've chosen to go down the known route. Good luck hun and lets hope bubs stays put until the 28th.

I had an elective c-section after a terrible first labour ending in an emergency c-section, i was terrified of being pg again as i couldn't go through that again, so i asked for a c-section or an abortion and i was not joking, i was petrified(sp?), and people who think a c-setion must be an easy option are those who have never had one either.
Good luck for the 28th or if its sooner get to the hospital quickly, and tell them that you are booked for a c-section when you arrive.

C sections are not the easy choice. I had an elective c section with Harry because i didn't want to land up with another emergency one. The atmosphere in theatre was so relaxed it was the best birth experience out of the 3. Also as I was booked in I got to have my own room with ensuite instead of being stuck on the ward. All the best, not long now xxxxxx
