Hun in some places the physio issues the belts and can give you exercises to help tighten the ligements, it all depends on where your seen and how far along you are unfortunatly.

If all else fails a chiropractor who specilaises in pregnancy conditions can be very helpful and has been know to help women more than a physio, but unfortuately this is not available on the nhs.

How are you both doing?

Hiya hun, still in a bit of pain, i'm trying not to walk to far lol.

I have another scan on Thursday to see how bubs is doing.

The time when my pain is worse is when I am in the bath/shower or trying to pick DD up.

xx B xx

Hi hun!

Sorry you are being treated like this by the hospital, its awful.

Make sure you read this article and try to follow the hints.

Make sure you get an emergancy physio referal too.

Good luck, just shout if you need more help or advice and remember the madmums buddy scheme covers spd if you want to talk to someone one on one, just click the link at the bottom of my post.

Ok hun i'm glad to hear things aren't getting much worse in respect to the pain.... have you seen the physio yet??

I was told by mine to tighten pelvic floor muscles and lower bikini line/knicker line area, this is meant to get the most support..... might be worth a try as for bath/shower have you got a little step (one on it's own) if so use it to get up into the bath and when going the otherway as it helps minimise individual leg movements.

Bet your buzzing to see bubs again..... take care xx
