hi all

My youngest started last night with vomiting from 2am onwards every 10-15mins or so and on reaching 6am and not puking for 20m mins thought we were reaching the end but oh no.... he ran though to see his brother but pooed all over his bed which was stripped from earlier incidents.... the floor too, and then the vomiting started again!!

To all of you whom have been here recently how long am i looking at with this bug.... i'm hoping its 24hrs but for some reason it seems too good to be true.

Oh no - what a shame. You must be exhausted too. Hope it is just a 24 hour bug - and you don't all get it.

xxx

My Df is currently in his 3rd day.  Its like having a 3rd child lol.

He is ill with it, so I can only imagine your poor ds.

Hope he makes a speedy recovery rather soon.

Awww thank you for all your kind replies..... so far he seems to have stopped up chucking (touch wood) and is now keeping water down (little sips) and is taking milk ounce at a time 15mins apart...... So here's hoping he's over the worst.... but i agree it is yuk!

I got so worried earlier as he's only just started keeping water down at 5pm.... his nappies looked like raw egg mixture it was gross.... can't remember seeing a nappy like it before and dear doc says oh well that sounds exactly like the secreations (sp?) that has closed hitchenbrook.... if he's still vomitting and not keeping fluids down it's hospital tomorrow.... so i'm relieved to say the least.

He's now propped up in bed sleeping.... just hope he gets some decent rest tonight and is now on the road to recovery.
