Well i had my pre op today and everything is in order now.

I will be on crutches for a minimum of 2 weeks in the house and abit longer out of the house depending on what i am doing.

I asked if i could go home on the same day and they said yes provided i am ok. I asked how far down the list i was and i was last. That meant 4 other people are before me so god knows when i would be having it.

Well they know how badly i want to be home on the same day so the nurse fiddled the list abit and put me down to go first.

So if all goes well i will be back home in the evening.

They wanted to make sure i was ok on crutches. I mean come on i was on my last lot for 5 months. If i can't work them now i never will lol. xxxxx

Glad they moved your op to first - much better! Get it over with - and get home nice and quickly! When is your op, Emma?
