Think my dh was over the 30 mark. He had the op, one side bruised and was a little swollen, the other never known anything had happened.

Was up and trying it out again within a fortnight TMI sorry.

Love the fact we never have to think about things now

If you're sure it's a simple op and we've had absolutely no problems at all

My dh is heading for the snip now - am now on 2nd 'surprise' pg! He was wondering the same about pain etc - due to lots of horror stories at work (big tough forces men...not! lol) about how bad it is.

We've not actually been to speak to doc's yet, but dh is 34 this year, so hopefully shouldn't be any problems for him.

Our family will definitely be complete after this lo arrives - already in the process of buying an MPV to fit all the brood into - and no more room in the house for any more

My mum wanted a third child but Dad didn't.  Mum told him if he didn't want anymore he'll have to have the snip so he did...without telling her!

He was in and out of hospital without an hour and was back at work the next day putting aeroplanes together-lolol.

On the other hand my colleague had the snip done last year and had to take 3 days off recovering!!  The Wuss-lolololo

I think it depends on the guy's pain threshold.

Oh and Dad was in his thirties when he went for it.

Excellent Zoe - will be sure to tell Gav he can be back on the jet the following day! lol Was your mum not annoyed he did it without telling her - I think I'd have been raging!

Becky - what a considerate dh. Sending you both lots of baby dust - am sure your BFP is only around the corner, doll.
