What a day we had yesterday !
Was great having hubby here but then we found out some news. The lad that Bex was seeing before she turned 16 has been back on the scene and as far as I can make out, they met up, went for a meal and then back to his where the inevitable happened.
I'm not happy about this but it was going to happen one day and at least they were careful so I wont be becoming a Granny at 35.
Anyway, this guy has been playing Bex for a mug. He already has a girlfriend and the day after he was with my daughter, he dumped her by text. Chickens way out that.
Have gone through all the cliches, he's not woth it etc but only time will heal her heartache.

Exactly what she doesn't need in her life right now. I hope her heart mends quickly and she can see him for the coward he really is.

I hope she gets over him soon, probably best to listen to her rather than tell her what you really think as if she is a stubbern teenager the more you say she is better off without and what a loser he is the more she will want him.

At least she is talking to you and she was careful . im dreading the teenage years, my dd is 10 soon and its all going to fast. Good luck and hope her heart mends soon xxx

I agree just listen, i know its hard not give your opinion!

He is worthless as he has proven this and maybe he has done her a favour by finishing with her! You didn't like him! She will make mistakes hun and only her making them will be the only way she will learn. Like you said they was careful thats the main thing!

Give it a week or so and she will be wondering why she was so upset! Best thing she could do right now is not speak to him! xx

Thanks so much, xxx.

I've been cheated on before I met my wonderful hubby and it is horrible, but at least she has seen what the rest of us could see a mile off, I'm just sorry that things got intimate cos you can't get that back.

Aw poor Bex. Well thats her first lesson that life can be nasty sometimes. She has to make all of her own mistakes, she cant live by yours....she will wish she had maybe in a few years time, but hey we never listen to our olds do we? Daft thing is I m still making mistakes....and I m 20 years older than her!!! She will get over it eventually, and a hug from mum is the best medicine!

Ha, maybe she should invite him over for dinner, to show there are no hard feelings? Make his shepherds pie out of dog food and hers out of mince...wait until he s licked the plate clean then tell him what hes eaten, and that he messed with the wrong girl this time!!!!

Jain xxx

Awww bless her, it's hard to learn the lessons the hard way.  The bonus is at least she was careful!  I'm dreading this with my little girl!

Awww mate, we've all been there, some of us more than once.

It'll make her wiser.

Like the others have said just be there for her and try and not to pass judgement.

Sending you hugs.  Zo xx

Oh dear!!! Typical of a bloke though! Sorry your dd is having to go through this! I'm sure we've all been there, and unfortunately she'll probably go through it again. At least they were careful, and hopefully she may be a bit more cautious about things next time.
