hi all,

have been away from the site for too long but want to say have missed you all terribly. i want to post a pic on little, or not so little katie but don't manage to do it without the pics being huge.

just a quickie to touch base and to ask what can i feed or not feed her at 9 months?she won't take alot of finger foods but is getting good with textures and if i give her fruit well you'd think i was trying to poison her. i want to give her the stuff we eat but i worry about the hidden salts and sugars in the sauces even though she gets tiny bits.

better go and cook tea as i think i can hear the car and that is what i said i'd be doing oops!

lol, yo uhave been missed, in regards to the fruit, does she eat ANY fruit, or is it all of them. You can pretty much try her with anything, so long as you keep an eye on her while she's eating and she can chew it then great. Fred and Winston aren't too good with textures but they see fruit and they automatically think it's theirs! However any proper food at meal times is a different matter altogether!
