Hun have you tried a glass of milk or a hot water bottle......?

These might help you a little if not i find something soothing about cuddling a hot water bottle even if it does very little for the pain.

Hope it settles for you soon hun x hugs xx

Do you get indegestion regularly?  If so it's worth seeing your gp he might prescribe you something.  It is horrid I fortunately don't suffer from it very often and only mildly.  I eat Rennie soft chews when I get it as I don't like most of the gaviscon type things.  Hope dh brings something back that works.

Aw Becky - hope you're feeling more comfortable now.

Sounds quite severe - I'd speak to the doc if that happens regularly. My dh has a tablet he takes every day for indigestion - he swears by it.

xxx

I had it with chemo and with rads...and its evil...thought I was being burned from the inside out...which effectively I was.

Avoid anything spicy!  Gaviscon til it comes out your ears, small meals rather than large ones..nothing to eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.  As much milk as you can stomach, plenty of yogurts.  When you go to bed, start of sitting up as lying down will make it worse, and slowly over time adjust til you are semi lying down...its not easy but it does make a difference.

Erm avoid caffeine and eat plain stodgy foods...hope that helps you out
