Fred sits and watches something special every day, if it's not on, we have alot of problems.  He has watched it for ages, and last week for the first time he actually used sign language.  Winston is getting to be a very frustrated little boy, he doesn't speak, and we don't always understand what he needs, so I have decided I am going to both learn, and teach him some basic signing.  Does anyone on here know where I can get affordable books or dvds on the subject (without having to travel miles).  I love watching Fred as he has started doing more signing, but I can't seem to get anything to stay in my head!

Hi Vix, I have some Sign languague for babies cards and a little book that goes with them.  It teaches 50 basic words including "I love you".  Will pop them in the post tomorrow x

You can get some cheap makaton books off ebay, that is a great first level sign language to teach, its a bit more basic than British Sign.
