I remember taking this when I was pg with Louis, I was talking to my sister who's currently 32+5 and told her about it, but I cant remember exactly when you can take it.

Some places recommend 34 weeks onwards, others will recommend 36 weeks! I personally took it from 34 weeks with no problems, it is just the fear for some that it may trigger early uterine contractions. If starting at 34 weeks only take a minimal dose to begin with and gradually build it up to the recommended doses or maximum doses. The tea is better earlier on in pregnancy as it is not as concentrated as the tablets. As she gets toward her due date at full term you can combine the pills with the tea! (i washed my pills down with the tea lol)
