Hi, I've just found this site, and hope to talk to others of similar situation.
I've dealt with Mr Mohanty, and had the pelvic pinning in November 2006. Had two plates on rear and full frontal plate.
Glad I had it, didn't fix the condition for me, as discovered main issue is software, but at least the hardware is stabalised and got me out of wheelchair a bit more.
Biggest complaint I always make is that couldn't con a tummy tuck out of it, had to try lol. 
But worth a shot if can help you, even the slight improvement I received was worth the hassle.
