Well I have posted on here quite alot of rants recently, so thought I'd let you know the good side of kids! I had promised ds1 and dd that they could help the next door neighbour (well 1/2 a mile away) with some gardening, she askes them to do jobs so that they can earn a little bit of pocket money. Well ds2 was supposed to be helping dh but he had a lie in and left ds2 with me for the day. I ended up in bed at 11am with a stunner of a headache, and stayed there til after lunch, dh went out at half past, so ds2 looked after Fred while Winston was in bed, and has been such a pleasure to have hime (until the other 2 came home from next door). I can't praise him enough he has done me very proud, so I wanted you all to know that even after some of the toughest days I have had, he has been a little ray of sunshine. He forgot about making them lunch, so he put that in at half one, and took the pair of the little ones out for a walk while it was cooking! And to make matters even better he had Fred outside all afternoon, so Fred is absolutely shattered! Now what more could a mom ask for?

Awww hun thats beautiful, it's moments like this that keep us going..... and i'm not suprised that he stoped when the other 2 came home i would (i wouldn't want them knowing how much i'd done to help mum etc, think of the ribbing!)
