Hope he will be ok in it. Need one with storage under it as he will be in the smallest room in the house eventually. Think I will have problems keeping him in it at night to start with though, lol.

We need something like this but with a bed underneath. I don't want a high bed as my girls are mad and they are like tom boys lol. I just know they will hurt themselves.

Joshua has this ONE I got it not long after I moved in, so he wasnt much more than 3yrs. Its ideal for small rooms. The wardrobe is a great size for kids clothes, only thing I miss are big drawers, but the wardrobe has enough room to hang tshirts and jumpers, so i just put pj's socks and undies in the little drawers. Also has a bit for his books, and he did used to draw att he desk but now Ive put a computer in there for him. I think you can get it with blue, pink, or pine doors. Its very strong, and wasnt too hard to put up lol I almost did it single handedly... my friend did call round when I nearly finished iand insisted on helping just so he could say he did it pmsl.. but it wasnt that difficult!

Im sure Adam will be fine in the higher bed, I was a bit worried about Joshua but its safe enough :o) He's had one fall in almost 2 years, but that was largely his own fault.

Hun my eldest had one of these from 3yrs, his first bed from a cotbed and i found he slept better in it than he did his old bed as it's got the sides for comfort etc.

He doesn't have it now but thats due to my health and i couldn't get in it/up the steps to make the bed..... i did find that (google...) the great little trading company did some fab accessories for mid sleepers and higher ones... might be worth a look, shelves, bed lights etc.

But the one you've choosen has proper steps on the ladder which i think is good as when i was looking for ds i found some where just tubes of metal etc which hurts feet after awhile and can lead to slips etc.

He'll love it hun.
