I have 2nite, soaked my feet in water with diluted dettol antiseptic stuff as ha a real bad ingrowing toenail (TMI sorry) and although thought I had removed it all, it seemed to have got infected...however, I think I am having a reaction to the dettol!! My feet are now red and starting to itch and ever so slightly burning sensation!! Any ideas what I should do?? Obviously if it gets worse I will have to maybe go to A&E but im hoping it doesnt get to that stage

Well last night zanynut was a blessing to me, bless her she really did help me and reduced swelling, pains...etcetc...however, this morning the pain seems to be returning so I am off to docs at 11:20am x
