What seems to be the toilet problem? I haven't started Fred properly just yet, but I think he is going to start training soon! I bought a pota loo last year, and he's looking forward to using it.
As for the sleeping that is excellent news hun! Enjoy it while it lasts

Yep, he's still holding onto his halo
However, he did have a paddy when I went to pick him up from nursery today, all because I didn't want to take him round to his Nanna's tonight. It was so embararssing especially when this dad came through to us and was like 'Tom, you're my little boy's hero, he'd be so upset to hear you cry'! I was gobsmacked to discover my little monster was a role model!!!
He was a little 'annngeel' (Tom speak) last night. Went to bed fine and woke up at 7 this morning - no probs. His older brother, different story, ended up in my bed again at 3am...again!! Habit there, me thinks.
As for the toilet phobia, Vix, there's a thread in potty training about it. In fact, there's quite a few. Where have you been? lolol. Basically, he's dry and will wee in the potty, but refuses to do the other.
Instead he demands a nappy and will hold 'it' in until I put one on. Ask Chris, she'll tell you Tom is completely bonkers when it comes to doing a number two on the potty. He hates to mess himself, which is good but he refuses point blank to go onto he's got one on. Like I say, that's another thread.

Awww really glad hes being A GOOD LITTLE BOY FOR MUMMY. Dp had emily all day today whilst i was training but she was good apart from beign so lively - is everyones nearly 3 yr olds REALLY REALLY LIVELY and always on the go? is it normal? lol i have no idea!! :D
As for the number 2 issue i would just let him do poos in his nappy and every now n then try and encourage him but dont push it - how many 5 yr olds do you see aksing for a poo in a nappy?! try not to "stress" over it - hes doign so well bless him - they go through so many changes at this age - hope you get a good nights sleep tonight x

Would've done if it wasn't for an earthquake!
Tom's doing so well. Had an incident at mum's earlier which resulted with him being plonked on the naughty chair for time out. He refused to apologise, so I bungled Max into the car and made to drive off!! Mum was with him, I'm not that mean, but it worked and I got my apology. To be fair, after our turbulent night I think he was shattered which was why he played up there.
As for the potty issued I've resorted to nappies. It's just easier, and I don't like him being distressed and having an older boy go through the whole potty training thing I'm abit more relaxed about it. I just think it's comical really, I've never heard of a child reacting to pooing like Tom!
