I am so proud of Joshua. 2 weeks ago I was in the school having serious problems with his behaviour. Although we think Joshua's bullying lead him to being a pain, his behaviour was still terrible. I promised the school I would sort out his attitude, but they also had to sort out the bullying that was taking place.

All last week Joshua seemed so much happier at school. Then last Friday he was given the weekely certificate for good behaviour. The teachers said the old Joshua had returned and they hadn't had a single problem all week. Then he went to school Monday and I was told he had been silly all day. Not naughty, just not very well behaved. I had a word with him, and thought it could also be because he was tired (we'd had a long drive from Zoe's). I sent him to bed early and made sure he had no treats, and he has been good all week. Then he's come bouncing out of school today with a special certificate, a 'good friendship' award. Apparently all this week he has been so considerate to his friends, done a number of things to help them, and in the mornings he was spotted helping the nursery children to write their name. He was apparently copying it off their drawers, then sitting with them on the colouring table helping them to put their name on the back!

I am so pleased he has listened to us and is back to his usualy self :o)

He sounds like a real seewtie!! I like the idea of the certificates, it boosts the kids confidence coming out waving something like that! Lets hope the bullying has been sorted out once and forall.
