hi ladies,babies and bumps,well,me and my dp are now officially trying for a baby,i have been on the contraceptive patch evra for about 6months now and have not used it for a few weeks now,has anyone been on this and if so how long did it take you to conceive after your last use?

we are both really excited and cant wait for that BFP...xx

Awww no idea on the patch but i would guess it's going to be anywhere from 6mths to 1yr which seems to be the normal time range i think for contraception.

It can be different for every woman, from stopping contraception to conceiving, depending on how long you've been on it.
I was on the Depo injection for 2 years and was told it could take a year give or take for my bodys natural fertility to return to its normal cycle, but i got pregnant within the first month of being unprotected.

All the best for ttc hun, i hope it doesnt take too long.

yay!!huge congrats to you!! I wasnt using the patch but was on the pill & got told from 6 months plus was more than likely when id get lucky. 4 months after stopping it I concieved!
