Did it start off with one large one, then smaller ones round it appear.

Looks a bit like erm, not sure on spelling, pitreous rosea.  They sort of turn orangey and go all scaley scabby after a few days, itch a bit and sting a bit. 

They do fade after a while, but is brought on by stress.

Asked doc today but they have pretty much faded and she said she doesnt know but if they come back to go in and show her.

Could well be stress related - I have acne rosesa on my face which gets worse with stress.

I was going to say the same as Steph.  It does look like the pitreos rosea, I had it a few years ago.  It starts off with one larger mark and other small ones follow.  My whole body was covered in them eventually and it took 8 weeks for it all to go.  It's a once in a lifetime thing, like chicken pox.  Keep an eye out for any more hun.

I have looked it up and it looks just like it - although so far I havent spotted anymore.

I will keep an eye out though as its the closest to any form of diagnoses I have had! Thanks!
