katie is 11 months old now. i still give her the baby juice i.e cow and gate etc.

 

at what age can i stop this? then what can i give her? any advice gratefully recieved!

The best thing is just water. 

You can give pure fruit juices diluted with water with meals. (Better for teeth this way- try to avoid giving juice outwith meal times)

I always steered clear of juices with artificial sweeteners (the "sugar free" stuff) and preservatives and tried to give them as natural as possible.

I am in agreement with Lynie, but none of mine liked water I went to squash. They love their pure juice though, which is quite expensive at the rate the older ones drink it mind!
