Ok we havent even mastered the dry days completely yet... Ryan can use the potty great when he has no bottoms on but as soon as there are trousers or pants on he forgets theres no nappy

Any ideas how to overcome this?

Then theres night time, he still wakes up with his nappy on the verge of bursting. Im guessing this is cause he still takes a cup of juice to bed although he doesnt always drink it. I know my auntie used to not let her kids have a drink after 6pm then make them wee before bed but my cousin stll wet the bed, my mum on the other hand just got us all up in the middle of the night to wee.

So should i stop the juice then see if we have dry nappies?

Hiya - Emily will be 3 in may and has been dry since about sept - she was exactly the same as ryan - fien on potty with no knickers on but as soon as she had trousers on she forgot. At first we stayed in as much as possible and i let her have her bottoms off etc and when we went out she wore knickers never a nappy and use to use a towel and carrier bag in carseat (lol i know i used my imagination! lol) we had lots of accidents but she got there and it really didnt take long at all as long as u stick with it and don't give in and put a nappy on -so what if theres accidents? they can be washed - the key is to stick with it and not jsut put a nappy on because its easier - all children do things different and in their own time - jsut go with the flow! :)
