Shhhhhhhhh, dont go mentioning the 'big' holidays already!
My 4 have just been so bored, like you i've given them chores to do, we've been to town, shopping, to the park, visiting family, cooking and all sorts.
I for one am completely out of ideas now, so gawd knows what i'll have to come up with for a whole 6 weeks off school!!!

But haha, mine go back on Monday, so an extra day of peace and quiet.
x-x-x

P.s if you do find something new between now and then that actually keeps them occupied and stops them fighting for more than 10 minutes, let me know please. xx

Awww Ive LOVED these holidays! Ive spent some real quality time with Joshua! Ive changed my shifts at work, so instead of working 4 days, Im doing 2 longer days and getting an extra 2 off. So Ive so far only worked 2 days of the holidays, and I have 2 to do this week. I might be asking my boss for the same shifts in the summer so I get to spend some time with him then too. We're having his friends over when Ive done my 2 long days so he can spend some time with them, they might even stay over night and make 2 days of it!

No you can't have Hazy, I have had 5 kids and this has got to be the best holidays so far!  Ds1 is usually a real pain but he has been fantastic.  Dd has been working afternoons, and ds2 has been helping dad outside on the farm so all in all not too bad.  And what is better is the little ones have not kicked off too badly either, well no more than the usual brotherly stuff which makes a difference.
