Asda's own brand Lemonade NOT diet has flipin aspartame in it and Ols has been drinking it occasionally (bottles left offer from when is Granny came to stay)
I think I'm going to start a hall of shame, although shaming these people seems to do nothing.

I believe £1 in every £7 spent in shops in the UK goes to Tesco's, that just shows how powerful these monster corporations are.
AND... with Gordon Brown planning/pledging to use the equivalent of £2000 of every single working persons tax to bail out a GREEDY banking system I'm really starting to wonder if the UK is the best place to bring up a family.

I have, since Sam told me this a few years ago checked every juice before i purchase it. Now Harrison will only drink juice so I buy rocks organic. Im not happy about giving him that he has enough just to colour the water slightly.
Louis on the other hand will drink what ever is in a cup so he'll happily drink water, he has been having diluted pomegranate juice since Grandma gave him some

I have looked this up serveral times and the information out there is scary, people have been diagnosed with MS, but the people now believe its from the aspartame toxin and after stopping the aspartame the majority of there syptoms disappear and they regain there health.
Our food standards agency has looked into this for years and recommends having a small amount everyday is ok.

A small amount every day is very difficult to police though. What quantity is a small amount? Also when products that aren't even diet products anymore contain it, makes it a lot easier to go over the small amount without realising. My elder children don't even buy stuff with Aspartame in because they know how strongly I feel about it and I don't nag them about it once they are old enough it's up to them what they consume.

I noticed today when I was buying some pop for the party Tesco's non diet drinks had it in! Im very lucky that Joshua much prefers water or milk over juice.

It is appalling and I still cant believe its been passed or that is it used!
I cant believe the amount of products with it in!
Edward also prefers water or milk over juice and if he has juice then i use the Tesco high juice (not the no added sugar one) as it doesn't have it in. He does occasionally (and I mean very occasionally) have a fruit shoot as a treat but since realising they also contain it I have cut them down even more!
