Since being pg this time, I've definitely noticed a difference in my bladder control!! I had a cold a couple of weeks ago, and now hayfever kicking in - if I've got a full bladder and sneeze.....! Am stepping up my pelvic exercises at the moment - am only half way through this pg....hate to think what I'll be like in another couple of months!!

I have to say, even before I fell pg with this one I had noticed a difference - most noticably when the girls got their trampoline in the summer. Went on for a go - did a couple of really high bounces....and came off swiftly!lol

Good luck with GP Amanda - it's really such a common problem, but not one many talk about! Thank goodness for our extended family on here!
