We found out that Andy was contracted to his boss so he can't leave just yet but he is in about a week. Anyhoo, Mike decided it would be good for most of his work force to go on a lime plastering day course as lots more people are using traditional methods now. Andy was quite happy to go on it but guess what !! The course is in Fife so the whole lot of them met in Tecos in Inverness at 5.30 am this morning !!!
Poor Andy had to get up at 4.15 am and then he was in/out the bedroom, lost and found the van keys etc and then set off.
He prob wont get back until about 9pm tonight !! Have told him to make sure he is getting paid for his travelling time.

Oh your poor dh!! Thats a really long day! Hope he does get paid for the full day, and not just the time he's on the course! Will he be able to claim petrol/milage too?

That does sound like a very long, and tiring day for him!
Better get his dinner and a hot bath waiting for him, no doubt he'll need them lololol
I hope he gets all his expenses paid too, wouldnt be fair to make him pay for it out of your own pockets.

He has a petrol card that he can charge to his boss os that's fine, it's just such a silly time of day to head of at.

He's stopping at a cafe on the way back for his tea so I'll have a nice bubble bath waiting for him.
