OMG i just had THE worst night in a long time, for the last week i have felt the onset of SPD like twinges, and last night has confirmed that i will indeed not be lucky this time either!

It hurts so much, and the fear of rolling over already had me waking up! The clicking has began and i had honestly forgotten how horriffic it sounds!

I guess the medical profession will laugh out loud at me getting it this soon but i ain't laughing...I will now be seeing about getting physio.

Aw that's a shame. When I was pg with Cameron (No.3) I had virtually no problems with it at all - infact less bother than I have normally!! This pregnancy is getting worse - it's been flaring up and down for last month or so - and it's waking me up during the night when I turn over etc. Am just thinking about getting a support belt (prob should have done it by now - just hoped it wouldn't come to anything). I was induced early because of it with Ruthie - it was horrendous - so really hope it doesn't get that bad this time. Poor you - sorry to hear it's flared up so quickly for you. Get straight to physio!

xxx

Snibbug: Aww hun it's a shame it's reared it's head so soon,i just hope with the coping statagise you know and from all of us that you can take it stead and easy in a bid to try and keep it at bay and i hope it doesn't get worse.

Yes get yourself down to physio and start pelvic floor muscles and any otherones you can remember. Hugs hun

Angelica72: I hope ruthie's cast comes off soon so the amount you have to do can decrease a little (going back and forth so often to the hosital must be hard).

Have you seen a physio yet or have you been to busy looking after everyone else? Either way go get a belt.... i got one but i never helped me but knowing i was trying makes all the difference.

Hugs to you both x

Get yourself refered to a physio asap honey! You know your limits so dont exert yourself. Look at the article again here to remind yourself what to try to help it.

Dont suffer in silence honey!
