Why where they invented ? They must be the most useless bunch of pen pushers EVER !!

I've had my case ongoing since Bex was 3 months old and never had a single penny. Had 4 cases taken to court and then thrown out because the DNA wasn't done. I went for my appointments but he never went for any of his.

Got a call from them today asking if they can write of the old case and re-open a new one as they have some new info on him. I said that they may as well write it off as I have given up all hope of ever seeing any of the money. Apparently I am owed over £8000 from him and the State is owed £1300.

I hope that they can do something this time, even if it is him just fessing up that he is her Dad as he full well knows anyway !!

OMG !!!!

Had another call from them and they are now saying that they can't write off the debt as they have no jurisdiction (sp) over where he is living !!  So here we go on the same old roundabout again.

Ive already given up onthe CSA. I applied to them because I had to when I was on maternity leave to qualify for the full amount of benefit! Ive never had a penny, never expect a penny, and to be honest dont want a penny. Ive done the hard part!

Good luck with your case, but in all honest if they haven't got it off him now, then I doubt they ever will!
