Are you meant to have sex more than 4 times a year now you tell me!!

Seriously like Lynie says sex isn't your whole relationship so I wouldnt' worry about that.  Stick with the driving, don't get stressed out by it, when I learnt to drive I took an intensive driving course in one week and then took my test, I had driven before but not properly.  I had to take Kalms and use Bachs rescue remedy to get me through the week I was a wreck.  I totally don't regret learning to drive though and am so used to it now I wouldn't know what to do if I couldn't drive.

As for feeling dreadful and panic attacks, with the panic attacks try and work through them, slow steady breathing and just be careful if you need to take time out do it.  Depression, if you have suffered with it in the past can be worse at certain times of the month too with hormonal changes.  Try and recognise where the feelings of sadness are coming from and instead of bury them let it out, have a good cry, write it down on here, keep a journal, start a blog, whatever just to work through your emotions.

Try and think of the positive things in your life and don't dwell on the negative, plan for the future and don't dwell in the past.  That's my cliches over for the day now....

After spending most of last night crying about nothing at all, I am going to see my GP and ask if there are any counsellors round here that I could chat to. I just can't figure out where all this comes from and I find it very hard to accept something if I don't know the reason for it.

Thanks from bottom of my heart for all your lovely support, friendship and advice, xxxx.

As i know nothing about depression, all i can offer you is the fact that you are not alone.. or friendless for that matter.
No matter how hard things seem to be hun, you can always find somebody on here that will listen to you and be here when you need an ear.
I hope your gp can sort you out with a supportive counsellor to help make you fell better soon.

It's times like this that I wish I lived just down the road. I would have loved to come over and be there for you to have a great big sob! Hope you find a good counsellor. Hugs and xxx's tc
