I wrote the other day saying about pregnancy symptons after having the implant removed i finally came on my period but still feel sick i must be poorly or it must be a proper first period since having the implant removed and my body hasnt took to it very good.

Iv took all your advise and im going to try the depo injection thinking being pregnant with my 5th child and in a newish relantionship made me think im not ready for a baby yet it really scared me my partner was upset as if i was pregnant it would be his first, if the depo injection dont work least i gave it a shot and it only works for 3months im fed up with the doctors since feb trying to find out about the patch its got me quite angry that they would ladys wait and wait and in that meantime a accident could of happen its real bad NHS for you thou.

Also what has got me angry is the contrecption leaflets they make out you can be fertile as soon as the contrecption has been removed what is a lie i think if you not wanting a baby at that time but in the future you think this method would be good because you can fall pregnant as soon as it removed but its just not true it can take months to years i think they should be honest so people dont get there hopes up i only say this because of my partner he was so upset and now thinks he has something wrong with him

Well thanks for all advise rant over not pregnant and very happy :O)

Gemma

Just a gentle reminder, if you do go on the depo injection, you may not conceive until over a year after using it. It took me about 12-18 months before I conceived with my 4th, after coming off the depo. Good luck hun.
