As I have been surviving on less than 3 hours doze a night for weeks now, I am in desperate need of sleep. Will these meds help ? Also, it dosen't say on the box what time of day I should take them so what time of day is best ?

I was told to take them first thing in the morning by my gp. I had no problems sleeping whilst on them. I was only on them for 3 months and have stopped taking them gradually a couple of weeks ago as I was feeling far more positive about things. Whilst I was coming off them I had some really strange vivid dreams which did effect my sleep.

It took my body about 2 weeks to get use to them and I all I wanted to do was sleep during that time. I also suffered from a dry mouth and dizzy spells but these all eased off and I was told that this was normal.

Good Luck and I really hope they work for you xxxxxx

I have never had a problem sleeping on them - I used to take them in the morning (same reason as greedy - so i remembered)

Good luck babe - it wont happen overnight but I hope within a few weeks you'll be sleeping and feeling 'normal'.
