Ok I was a bit silly yesterday. But garden drain had blocked big time, and with warm weather was smelling foul. Hubby knew was problem but hadn't bothered, after all he is usually in work and smell usually gone by time he came home. So no rush on his behalf.

Anyway, tried to fix it, got nowhere and in a bit of a state as stinking, dirty and miserable.

so I cleaned me and kids up, and started tea. Had to change rack levels in oven and dropped the rack. I kind off jumped and moved my legs apart sideways quickly, to avoid it hitting me as burning hot. wish I'd let it fall on foot instead now. Can't walk, even with crutches in house (which usually I avoid doing as so limiting). Sitting on arse is boring and I'm in agony.

Got so bad that took my cocodomal plus took two tramadol. Even then didn't touch the pain. Rough night.

So am sat here feeling quite pathetic, sulking and brooding on all the jobs meant to be doing today.

Wish could have stronger pain killers but not allowed. Morphine severely supresses my breathing and doctors worried about side effects. Boring farts, who cares, I want drugs!!

Awww hugs hun i can understand completely.... It doesn't matter how hard we try to be sensible and work within our limits we will always react to instinct, it's a pain in the bum that this is the case.

As for crutches i fully understand, i'm really at a point of needing them 24/7 but i don't use them as they are a pain in the bum too! Trying to juggle crutches, kids, food, cooking, washing etc is a nightmare! At the moment i'm having to use 1 crutch for any distance further than one side of a workbench to the other as i had a few problems last night.

I know it's little consolation hun but rest and hopefully in time it will ease.... yes housework and jobs waiting to be done is annoying and extremely frustrating but you are alive and have kids who love you, try and hold onto that. If you need to talk more hun pm me.
