hey, sorry i haven't been around much lately, i am switching isp and using my psp to log on for now and it takes ages to type out one line. anyhows, i took part in the british nationals tournament today. to cut a long story short, i got silver in sparring, which makes me second seed in britain in adult ladies under 60kg sparring, how sweet is that! it was a lot harder than the last comp i went to, but thoroughly enjoyed it. next step is the intermational championships, hmmm.... maybe next year... lol.

Nicki, that is an amazing achievement hun. You and your family must be so proud that your ranked 2nd in your league for Britain? I think the internationals will be very exciting then.. given a little time to recouperate first mind you lol Did you sustain any injurys or was you completely unharmed? Well Done anyways. x-x-x

i was sparring with an injury which happened about 4weeks ago.... hairline fracture on one of my right ribs,so i shouldn't have really gone today,but shhhh, don't tell anyone..i did get kicked quite hard in the belly, thats it really...
