Wow I havent stopped today.

I had a bad night with my morphine withdrawal so DH let me have a layin while he sorted eds out. But that was the last time I sat down today. I had no real plans but I am so proud of how much I have done considering my SPD still isnt 100%.

• I got up and got eds dressed and ready for the day,
• defrosted the freezer,
• stripped beds, washed beds plus 2 other washes and hung them out
• hoovered  upstairs
• cleaned upstairs
• trimmed my bay tree and sorted my herb garden
• went to local farm shop and bought some eggs, goose eggs for breakfast, and a sage plant for mum as hers has died
• went to garden centre and bought 3 new plants for garden and new hanging pot for my basil so the slugs dont get it
• went to mums to deliever pressie and had a drink and helped her with her garden
• went to coop to buy dinner
• came home and planted my plants
• planted some poppy seeds inside
• prepared potato salad and green salad and marinated meat for tonight

Am now sat down with laptop while DH puts eds to bed then hes going to light the bbq - hurrah!

Blimey hun take it steady! On a serious note i'm glad your feeling a bit better and are now able to do more bits and bobs!

I just hope we get some lasting sunshine soon!

God, I wish the weathe was nice enough for us to have a bbq.  Everytime \i try and get into the garden it rains

i had some bulbs soaking over night ready to plant today and guess what, its raining.

Glad your up and able to do things!

Oops! I'll learn one day to know my own limits! Am pretty sore today, but shhhh dont tell DH as I still have loads to do!

Have half cleaned the bathroom this morning and am just about to finish off then take a shower. Have also planted some Gourds with Eds, cooked scrambled goose eggs for all of us for breakfast, put another load of washing on, typed up some recipes for a friend and started preparing lamb and kidneys for the Lancashire Hot Pot I am cooking tonight.

Have sent DH and Eds out to get some shelves for the kitchen and to the dump for me. We're popping over to my parents later as my 'uncle' (no relation but old friend of my dads, and his wife are visiting from germany and I havent seen them for years. Then we are meeting friends down the pub for a couple.

I desperately wanted to get out on my bike today - but definately not pushing my hips that far. So instead if I have enough time I am going to type up my reply to the stupid letter I got back following my complaint with the hospital about the injection mistake.

Phew might have to have a lay down now after reading all that!
