On monday we went down river on our little boat and back and I got a tad pink on my back.
Today I spent 2 hours lunching with my best friend from school who is moving from the area at the weekend. I have known her since we were 9 and although she will still be coming back, I will miss her a lot. We sat in a pub garden having a leisurely lunch which tsena took my boy on an adventure (lol).
Well Tsena still has eds, so I got back, did some more packing, and decided to sort out my first aid kits, paperwork and computer work. Well I sat in the garden on a rug, and got on with it. An hour plus later I have just come in and caught sight on myself in the mirror and I have a bright red chest to match my back (complete with white circle where necklace sites).
I'm off on holiday on Friday morning to cyprus so I need to keep an eye on it - dont want to be stuck in the shade from when get there! Have been applying aloe gel already to keep it cool and calm!

Plenty of natural yoghurt! Hope it settles down quickly. Joshua came out of school yesterday with a very rosey face, I hadnt realised it was so hot (been in work all day) so must dig out his sun cream.
