Thanks to all of you for supporting me through the horrible times I was having. VBeen on amytriptilene for nearly a week and I feel so much better already. I still have days I don't want to get up but I really feel like I am getting better with every day that passes by.
For anyone who feels down, there is no shame in admitting it and help is out there, just take a deep breath and ask, xxx.
