Why does everything seem to go wrong all at once

went to cut grass monday..............lawn mower wont start, went to strim grass....strimmer broke in half!!!!!

turned tv on and its all greens and reds then that goes it works fine that goes back to greens and reds

oh and to top it all..............

about 8 weeks ago the car cut out while driving, hubby thought it may be a one off, till it did it again week later, then did it again, took it to garage couldnt find a fault code or anything wrong..............changed a few bits, cleaned a few bits........did it again while hubby was doing 80mph on motorway..not happy

anyway did it 3 times yesterday but its always started but yesterday took 10 mins to get started.............now today its started cutting out and shuddering like bunny hopping

the car is only 5 years old, always had a service, never failed mot, aarrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh

garage said theres lots it could be and only way of knowing is to change those bits which could cost 300 each go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cant afford to buy a new car either

rant over, just had to tell some one as its really getting me down at the mo

i need a win on the lottry big time

Sorry to hear things aren't going very well for you!
Everything always seems to happen at all once dont they,
I hope you can get your car sorted out, as my dh is a trained mechanic and does a lot of his own repairs.. it sounds like the starter motor to me lol
Fingers crossed they dont charge you too much to get it fixed.
