I am so sick of this now, not been to bad today

manage to put all clothes away as they were pilling up around me.

now though i am really paying for it, so sore now

Awww hun hugs....

It's not going to be much help but i find some days i can do nothing but go loo etc and it's murder.... you tend to notice it more in the evening though in gerneral as there's not as much to occupy your mind...kids, focusing on trying to organise and make their teas, baths etc happen.

If you have to do anything i'd suggest doing it in the morning and trying to take it easier in the afternoon....

poor you. i know it's of no comfort but you are not alone. i know that doesn't take away the pain but i hope you can find some strength from that.

i spent yesterday paying for doing too much on fri and then i still pushed myself when i thought i'd recovered as seeing everything building around me was causing too much stress. i can't seem to reconcile myself to the fact that it's just tough.

tsena is right the evenings are the worse. maybe we should get ourselves on the com[puter each night together to get ourselves through the bad times.

Trying to find a way to keep busy (sounds better than a busy body! lol).
