...me yesterday!
The twins and me went to an event yesterday called "B in the Park". It was to promote the breastfeeding initiative in Lanarkshire where I live and was a lovely day, sun splitting the trees.
Kaye Adams of Loose Women fame was there to launch the event and afterwards mingled with everyone in the midday sunshine. She came over to see me when she spotted the double buggy and asked if I was breastfeeding the twins. She peeked into the buggy and saw I had a wee boy and girl and asked "ohhh, are they identical?"
I can't believe the amount of people who ask this! (Boy/ Girl twins can't ever, ever, ever be identical because they are a boy and a girl- although I know you know that). I was standing with a midwife at the time and she said, " of course not, it's a boy and girl!"- but she looked at us kind of blankly. Anyway, it was lovely she came over to talk, and seems very lovely. And she's given me something to talk about!
