Hi sorry i havent been on since the birth of Faith but alot has happened

I went in to slow labour with Faith on the 20th december and then full labour started early hours of the morning Christmas day(like everyone said i would have her on christmas day) Everything was going fine but at about 11:00 she got distressed and i have to go for an emergnacy c-section. Luckly everything was ok and she was 6lb 5.And what a christmas present she was. Had to stay in hospital a few days but nothing to lengthy.

A few weeks after i went home, i noticed that she had gone from being a content baby to crying all the time so i mentioned it to my midwife who cheaked her over and said just book an appoinmnet with the doctor to get her cheak over fully. Lucky thing i did as the doctor found out she had a problem with both her ears. If this had not been caught when it was she may have gone deaf. She has had to have a few ops on each ear, but now is doing fine and back to her old self. The ops and being in hospital with her for them is why i havent been on. She will suffer with ear infections every so often for the rest of her life but least it isnt worse and at least she can still hear.

Loving motherhood, and even her dad seems to be loving being a dad and has been brilliant support. My mum and dad have both seen their ways as well, and my mum's been there for me when Faith has had her ops.

Hope everyone is doing ok

Hannah
