A few people have asked me if there is any plans for a meet again this year. Last year it was a nightmare, people coming, people cancelling and I wasnt sure if I wanted all that fuss again. However, for those that did turn up it was a lovely day out! Last year we all went to Blackpool beach. It was decided for fairness across the UK Manchester or as close as was the most central (taking into consideration the number of Scottish members sorry Ireland but we cant meet in the ocean lol.. although Manchester is only a couple of hours from Holyhead if you come over by boat hehe

Anyway I was wondering what everyone thought about holding the meet there again. Its ideal for the kids and adults. Its ideal in all weathers, cheap enough to buy food, but ideal for a picnic too. Last year we met at the North Pier which avoided the Pleasure Beach (keeping the cost down) but for anyone wanting that, its available! Also great for anyone travelling as the B&B's are reasonablely priced.

I was thinking of doing it on a weekend in the summer holidays. Week days arent ideal for everyone, many people (me included) will still be working most days. Summer holidays is 7 weeks away.

Im posting this now for rough ideas on who is interested. Last time I gave date options etc and it was all in a mess everyone wanted something different. I'll get an idea of who is interested, and if you are but have holidays booked then I'll try work round those, but otherwise if there is enough interest I will pop up a date and see you there rofl  Any specific dates you cant attend and genuinely interested pm me, otherwise if you interested give a shout in here and I will arrange another madmums meet xxxxxx

Oh how fab!
I have been thinking for quite a while about something like this, but im pretty useless at organising things, so i'm deffinately in this year.
I think as we haven't been on hols for the last few years, when the dates are arranged, i'll be bringing the whole tribe with me for a weekend away in sunny (hopefully lol) Blackpool
Anything suits us.. will chop and change things here to suit anything that you can arrange.

Brill idea Chris, i hope we can get as many madmummies and families as possible to come and join the fun!

I would have LOVED to come, but too far to travel at the stage of pregnancy I'll be at by the hols. Grrrr - typical. Count me in for next year! lol

Its for everyone in your family. We had dp's last year! Its a nice day out for everyone.

Sorry should have clarified this is just me organising a meet up for any mums off the site. Its nice for us to be able to put faces to names, anyone Ive met over the last alomost 3 years has been lovely and its nice to meet again and stat in touch. Plus the kids have a good day!

Hmmmm i'm in hun, waiting for my uncle to confirm his dates for coming to visit but weekends should be good.

Will need advice on where's good to stay. 

(can't do 9/10 august, mum and dad's 25th wed ann)

I have an idea.....we could have it in Ireland, you could all come over on your summer holidays, lol.....only jokeing.
