hello ladies, just wondered if u all could give me some advice i have a regular 28 day cycle,i work out when its my best time to conceive and i have also read that your mucas goes like egg white!!!! i have been keeping an eye on mine and it seams to go like this a few days before im due to ovulate!!! do i try then? thanks girls emma xxxx

As soon as you notice ewcm then you are considered fertile, once the ewcm has gone for at least 2 days then you will have probably ovulated. So in answer to your question yes you should be trying when you see this. The ewcm allows the sperm to swim and also nourishes them so that they are at the correct developmental stage when they reach the egg.
